If you are unsatisfied with your Goat It Solutions subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
  • You must submit your request by email to info@goatit.online, including your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds (After 30 Days)

If your refund request is submitted after 30 days of purchase, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Goat It Solutions LLC. These refunds are typically prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription and any applicable administrative fees.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
